Common questions
What counts as a document?
A document counts against your monthly allowance when you send it. Sending a test to yourself never counts.
What happens if I use my whole allowance?
New sends pause until your allowance resets. Signing, receiving, and downloading documents keep working the whole time, and there is no overage billing, ever.
When does the allowance reset?
At the start of each calendar month, UTC, no matter when you signed up or how you pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing period.
